We recommend that you let us make any needed changes or corrections to your website within the first 30 days, which we will do for FREE, if they are within the scope of our standard offering. After that, or for special requests, there may be an additional programming charge. You always have the option to edit your own website whenever you want. A picture is desireable, but not mandatory. We can enhance your website without a picture and add it later, if you like. What if I don't have a personal story for my website?
We can enhance your website without a story and add it later, if you like. If you don't have a personal product experience to share, tell why you are excited about the products or opportunity you offer as a Nikken Independent Consultant and how you feel about how you have helped others feel better. Is the cost for My5pillars enhancement an annual fee?
Our fee is a one time enhancement charge. If you want us to make changes later, additional charges may apply. What about future updates?
As we produce future updates, we will notify you that an update is available. The current cost of updates is $39 US. What if I have some special requests for my website?
Our standard website enhancement service provides for enhancing your website to be similar to ours at www.nikken.com/rkotter. If you have other requests, we will be willing to consider them. Just let us know what you want. An additional programming charge may apply. How can I pay for your services?
You can pay with a major credit card, debit card or bank draft. You can also pay by check or money order. Payment should be in US funds. Do I have to offer all of my customers a 10% discount?
We enhance your website with a default discount of 10% for your clients and they do not have to enter a promotional code to get this discount. You can still set up a promotional code in myNikken to give them a higher discount if you want, up to 20%. We believe this is a great way to encourage your customers and prospects to visit your website and place their orders.If you want a different default discount for your website, any discount between 0 and 20% can be set. Our 5pillars Personal Website used to be very ineffective. It contained some good information, but it was not obvious to our prospects what to do once they got there. So, we decided to design a website that was more user friendly and more focused on encouraging our prospects to take some action. We were pretty pleased with the results, which you can see at Our 5pillars Website. Then we began to get calls from other wellness consultants, asking "How can I get a website like that?" We felt like it should be easy for a wellness consultant to have a website that was user friendly, and that could be easily duplicated by their organization. One thing lead to another, and we put together a team to enhance 5pillars websites for anyone who was interested and we called it "My5pillars". Do You Have More Questions?
